How do I create a store?
After signing up as a vendor, go to your dashboard and click 'Create Store'. Fill in your business information, upload your logo and banner, and select your categories.
How many products can I list?
You can list unlimited products during our launch period. There are no restrictions on the number of listings.
How do I get verified?
Submit your business documents through your vendor dashboard. Once verified, you'll get a verified badge and priority in search results.
How do buyers contact me?
Buyers can contact you directly through the phone number and email you provide in your store profile. All transactions are handled directly between you and the buyer.
For Buyers
How do I find products?
Browse categories, use the search function, or explore stores. You can filter by location, price, condition, and more.
How do I contact a seller?
Click on any listing or store to view contact information. You can call, email, or visit the seller directly.
Is payment processed through the platform?
No. We do not process payments. All transactions are handled directly between buyers and sellers, giving you full control.

How do I update my profile?
Go to your account settings from the dashboard. You can update your personal information, contact details, and preferences at any time.
How do I delete my account?
